About us
Seabreeze Holiday Accommodation is a family run business that was started by Ann Smith in the mid nineties. She started with a few holiday homes and developed the business into a well-known and successful letting and estate agency. As demand grew she established a cleaning company that was controlled and managed by her eldest daughter who left the area two years later and handed the business over to her younger sister. The cleaning company has always operated very closely to the holiday letting and has also looked after a number of private and exclusive holiday homes that are not let out to the general public.
Ann retired to the Western Cape in 2001 and handed the business over to her cousin Jackie de Kock. Jackie and her husband Alex took over the Holiday letting, estate agency and cleaning business and have strived to maintain the high standard that was set by Ann and her family. Since the inception of the business it has operated around the strict controls of the Estate Agency Affairs Board and Fidelity Fund Certificates are held by all family members working in the business.
Estate Agency - Jackie de Kock and Associates The real estate section of the business is very successful and residential sales are very good. A large and established client base with a good and friendly referral system between friends of satisfied buyers and sellers works very well for this business. Clients are very happy with the personal and individual attention they receive.
Holiday Letting - Seabreeze Holiday Accommodation has a very large selection of holiday homes, ranging from basic but comfortable to really good quality standard. Not all holiday homes are available all year round and a number of home owners choose to let out in the peak season times only. There is however, always a good selection to choose from. Most of these can be viewed on our website.
Cleaning - Pot Pourri. Pot Pourri is a cleaning business, initially established to clean holiday homes before and after holiday tenants have been in residence. The business has expanded and all types of service are now available. We clean holiday homes, for holidaymakers, private guests and private homes that are not available to paying guests.
Property Administration - This business also administrates properties for private homeowners living abroad, body corporates and share block companies. All administrative and domestic matters are handled by us.
