Separate bar area leading onto a large sundeck, double lock up garages, outdoor braai area surrounded by beautiful trees. The property is fully fenced with a safe for valuables. There are 2 entertainment areas, the sundeck off the smaller lounge, and the braai area leading off the kitchen. The Kitchen is well equipped including chest freezer , There is a DSTV dish but you need to bring your own decoder and smart card. The property has an alarm system that is linked to an armed response unit.
The cottage is only 400m, less than a 5-minute easy stroll from the beach - Kidds beach and Peter Pan beach. No sea view.
